One of the most famous terror attacks was 9/11 in New York City. Over 3000 people died that day, including the 19 hijackers. The reason for the attack was because of the US involvement and presence in Saudi Arabia and the support of Israel by the US. There were most likely other motives for the attack as well. The motives for a terrorist attack can be many. These motives can be because of war, country borders, money, religion and so much more. The theorist usually has a lot of anger and is willing to risk their life for the sake of the cause.
